Analyse and Change your habits
Work on what issues you have that may have you doing your work later than the allocated time.
Are you a procrastinator? Do you not know how to organise it? Do you feel as though you are used to not having things done so that it does not bother you anymore?
Work on these habits and make a change for the better, just not for yourself but for other people in your life whether it’s personal or at work. For me, I had to make changes for my kids as I wanted to spend more time with them and I felt as though as a parent it wouldn’t be too fair on them.
Just know you can overcome this, you are not alone!
