Organise your time budget around your weekly tasks

Know what is the most important in your to-do list and put that as priority over the other tasks that are not as important, next allocate certain time to do your tasks, know your time budget. You won’t be left with anxiety wondering how you can get certain work done by the end of the day especially when you are at home off work.

Try to invest in a physical or digital planner to help with this. I personally use Notion which helps with my weekly and daily tasks.
